Welcome to Las Gavias, a rural house located in the municipality of Matapozuelos, within the province of Valladolid, within the autonomous community of Castilla y León. With a population of more than 1100 inhabitants. Bathed by the Adaja and Eresma rivers, both of which are tributaries on the left bank of the Duero river.
Land of a great variety of plants and animals favoring the cultivation of cereals (wheat, oats, rye...) pastures and small wetlands that in turn favor numerous species.
In the term of Matapozuelos you can practice hunting and fishing, as long as the closed seasons and preserves are respected.

La Asociación Española de Ciudades del Vino, ACEVIN como responsable del Producto “ Wine Routes of Spain" at the request of the Medina del Campo and Rueda Town Halls, and the Tierras de Medina Commonwealth, launched the Rueda Wine Route with the aim of revitalizing the territory where it is circumscribed from a tourist point of view the Denomination of Origin Rueda.
